It’s the centerpiece of the Easter meal, and for good reason. The pink, sweet, salty and tender meat provides enough protein to feed an army. But, with all those scrumptious side dishes (not to mention desserts!) for your guests to graze on, you might find yourself with some leftovers.
So many times, people take the easy way out and, in a guilty effort to destroy their leftovers in a quick and careless fashion, grab a jar and sandwich spread and some cheap gas-station buns and decrease their leftover ham to a cold-cut nightmare.
