Wraps are an easy, healthy option for lunch or a quick dinner. I like to use leftover pork loin roast or pork chops, sliced thin to make a unique wrap for my family.
We enjoy topping our pieces of pork with lettuce, tomato, cheese and BBQ sauce. We have friends that also add ranch dressing for even more flavor.
