We all need new quick and easy meal ideas. I enjoy making two pork tenderloins for my family of three and enjoying leftovers. We like to top a salad with pork tenderloin.
Grilling tenderloins is also one of my ace in the hole meals to serve to guests.
-Marinade pork tenderloin in your favorite bottle of salad dressing. I like to use a raspberry vinaigrettes, a sun dried tomato dressing or a traditional Italian.
-Get grill really hot and clean it
-Turn down to medium high heat
-Place tenderloins on the grill along with your favorite vegetables
-Flip the tenderloin once after 10 minutes (before it burns)
-Grill tenderloin an additional 10-20 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F
*Tip – If the outside of the pork starts to burn, I wrap mine in foil so that it can continue to cook without getting too charred.
**Fun fact – Pork tenderloin is just as lean as skinless chicken breast and tastes its delicious best when grilled to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit with a 3-minute rest.
So, whether you use an Asian teriyaki marinade or honey mustard glaze, grill pork tenderloin for a healthy meal with amazing flavor.
