How to Grill Pork Tenderloin

We all need new quick and easy meal ideas.  I enjoy making two pork tenderloins for my family of three and enjoying leftovers.  We like to top a salad with pork tenderloin.

Grilling tenderloins is also one of my ace in the hole meals to serve to guests.

Pork tenderloins typically come in a two-pack.  I always prepare both of them and freeze any extra cooked pork that we don’t eat for left overs. how to grill pork tenderloin How to grill pork tenderloin:

-Marinade pork tenderloin in your favorite bottle of salad dressing.  I like to use a raspberry vinaigrettes, a sun dried tomato dressing or a traditional Italian.

-Marinade overnight

-Get grill really hot and clean it

-Turn down to medium high heat

-Place tenderloins on the grill along with your favorite vegetables

-Flip the tenderloin once after 10 minutes (before it burns)

-Grill tenderloin an additional 10-20 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F

*Tip – If the outside of the pork starts to burn, I wrap mine in foil so that it can continue to cook without getting too charred.

**Fun fact – Pork tenderloin is just as lean as skinless chicken breast and tastes its delicious best when grilled to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit with a 3-minute rest.

So, whether you use an Asian teriyaki marinade or honey mustard glaze, grill pork tenderloin for a healthy meal with amazing flavor.
