Quick Pork Fajitas recipe

Quick Pork Fajitas – 20 minutes start to finish

Quick Pork Fajitas recipe

This recipe is so simple, it’s almost crazy! Ten minutes prep time (and you can do that the night before), ten minutes cook time. This is almost faster than ordering food to-go.

Start with a pork tenderloin.  Did you know it is as lean as a boneless skinless chicken breast? And it tastes fantastic in these fajitas!

Slice this tenderloin up nice and thin. The thinner you slice it, the better it will fit in the fajita shell (and the quicker it will cook too – bonus!).

Then, take a large zip-top plastic bag and put a thinly sliced onion, thinly sliced pepper, about 3 Tablespoons of fajita seasoning and your pork tenderloin slices, all into the bag together.

Shake it up, and put it in the fridge to chill. Keep it in there for about 10 minutes, or even up to 24 hours. What you have is a super simple meal-in-a-bag!

Put these yummy ingredients into a skillet over medium-high heat and cook covered for 8-10 minutes.

That is it! After 10 minutes you will be salivating from the smell. Sit down and enjoy your nutritious meal!

Enjoy!
